This milestone edition is NCFP-sanctioned and FIDE-rated, continuing its legacy of empowering grassroots chess and shaping the next generation of masters in Negros Oriental and beyond.

A Dual Format Championship:
• Exclusive Invitational Round Robin
• Open Swiss Tournament
Both events will follow FIDE Standard time controls to ensure high-level competitive play.

📈 Time Control: 30 minutes + 30 seconds increment per move
