Celebrate strategy, sportsmanship, and community at the 2025 Sandugo Chess Festival, a two-day chess celebration featuring both individual and team events. Open to players of all ages and skill levels!

✅ Player Categories & Eligibility

• Open Category:
Open to all players, regardless of age, rating, or title.
Players aged 18 and below may opt to join this category instead of their age group.

• 18 and Under (18U) Category:
For players born on or after July 20, 2007.

• 13 and Under (13U) Category:
For players born on or after July 20, 2011.

• Tatluhan Team Event:
• Teams of 3 players only, no alternates allowed
• Average team rating must not exceed 2000
 – Ratings above 2400 will be counted as 2400
 – Ratings below 1800 or unrated will be counted as 1800
• Open to all locations, genders, and age groups
• Special awards for:
 – Top 3 All-Boholano Teams
 – Top 3 All-Youth Teams
 – Top 3 All-Kiddie Teams
• Players can win both Individual and Team awards

🔔 Important:
Each Tatluhan team must submit a TIN (Tax Identification Number) of at least one member for audit purposes. If team members are minors, a parent’s or guardian’s TIN may be submitted.
