Tournament Overview

🏆 The Quezon City-Wide Inter-Barangay Chess Tournament

Each barangay can send 1 team of 6 players.
- Only 1 titled player is allowed per team and must play on Board 1.

♟️Requirements:
- Valid government ID or proof of QC residency (barangay certificate not accepted)
- Official list of players with board assignments from the Punong Barangay
- Must be a resident of Quezon City and the barangay


🧒 Board assignments:
Board 1 – Titled or Untitled Player
Board 2 – Untitled Player
Board 3 – Elementary (Grade 6 and below)
Board 4 – High School (Grade 7–12)
Board 5 – Female Player
Board 6 – Senior Citizen or PWD (Untitled)

Note: Board assignments are fixed for the whole tournament.
- The elimination round starts on August 9, 2025.
