🎯 Eligibility & Team Guidelines:
- Teams of 4 players
- Open to Manila residents, 18 years old and above
- Board 1 must be a Titled Player (GM, IM, FM, NM – male or female; not required to be a Manila resident)
- Boards 2–4 must be Manila residents with:
• Valid government-issued ID
• Barangay Certificate of Residency
- Team Average Rating (Boards 2–4): Must not exceed 2000 (as of June 2025 local ratings)
- Unrated or 1750 & below players will be assigned a 1750 rating
