Who Can Join:
♟️ Open to all non-titled chess players, whether residents or non-residents of Manila (WFM & WNM are eligible to join)
♟️ The tournament is open exclusively to participants aged 18 and above
♟️ All players are required to present a valid government-issued ID
♟️ For the Manila players category awards, participants must present a valid ID showing a Manila address


Tournament Format:
🔄 7 Rounds, Swiss System
⏱ Time Control: 15 minutes + 3 seconds increment per move
