Tournament Format:
🔄 7 Rounds, Swiss System
⏱ Time Control: 15 minutes + 3 seconds increment per move

Registration Fees:
Open:
- ₱500 - Non-Banganhon
- ₱400 - Banganhon

U14:
- ₱350 - Non-Banganhon
- ₱300 - Banganhon
