Who Can Join:
♟️ Open to all players in both the Open and Kiddies categories

Tournament Format:
🔄 7 Rounds, Swiss System
⏱ Time Control: 15 minutes + 3 seconds increment per move

Registration Fees:
Early Bird (Aug 16 - Sept 4)
- ₱250 - Kiddies
- ₱300 - Open
Late Registration (Sept 4-6)
- ₱350 - Kiddies
- ₱400 - Open
