Who Can Join:
♟️ Must be a registered NCFP member
♟️ Open to players with a FIDE Standard Rating of 1800 or below
♟️ Blitz side event is open to all players

Tournament Format:
🔄 7 Rounds, Swiss System
⏱ FIDE Standard Time Control: 30 minutes + 30 seconds increment per move
⏱ Blitz Time Control: 3 minutes + 2 seconds increment per move

💰 Registration Fees:
- Classical Chess: July 15, 2025 onwards: PHP 1,000.00
- Classical Chess: Other Federation/ Foreign Player: 1,500.00
- Classical Chess and Blitz Open: P 1,400.00
- Blitz Open: P 500.00
